Delivery of Tiles
After placing your order from the website you will be presented with a number of options for delivery. The below table outlines an estimation only of costs depending on the State you reside in and weight of your tile order. These costs are for metro areas only (30km from CBD or 30km from our Oakleigh South warehouse in Melbourne) and based on weight up to 450kg and 750kg.

Please Note: Freight is calculated for entire order.
If your order is larger than 750kgs, you reside outside of these areas in the table (e.g regional area) or if you are unsure you can simply request a customised delivery calculation and one of the following options at checkout-

1. I would like Urban Edge Team to research best price for my delivery location and specific order
If you select this option our team will research different courier carriers and provide you with the best possible price.
2. I will organise my own freight
If you select this option the team will contact you after placing your order and organise a time that best suits your courier to pick up from our Oakleigh South warehouse.
3. I will pick up the order myself
If you select this option the team will contact you after placing your order and organise a time that best suits you to pick up from our Oakleigh South warehouse.
After you have placed your tile order, we will book in a delivery that works best for you. However, if your availability changes, please let us know within 4 days so we can make any necessary adjustments and avoid additional fees for re-deliveries. Please note that large tile orders on pallets will be delivered curbside if the driveway is not available or not suitable for a forklift to drive on.
Please be advised that tile delivery typically takes up to 10 business days from the date of your order. Rest assured, our team will keep you updated if there are any changes to this estimated timeframe.
What to do once your tiles arrive:
Once delivery has been made please inspect your tiles to ensure correct quantity, colour, finish and size has been received and matches your order.
Please also check all boxes for any breakages or defects. If there are any issues please take photos and send to us. Any discrepancies must be reported to our showroom team within 2 days of delivery. Please email email@example.com or via phone on (03) 94292122
Please note it is the responsibility of the tiler and homeowner to check tiles before installation. No claims will be accepted once tiles have been laid.
